:"7"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["七"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Column","attr":{"Num":"1"},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["使用設備"]}]},{"tag":"Column","attr":{"Num":"2"},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["デクロランプラスの使用の用に供する設備であって、デクロランプラスが投入される設備からデクロランプラスを施行令附則第三項の表令和十二年二月二十六日の項の下欄に掲げる用途に用いられる原料と混合する設備までの各設備のうち、デクロランプラスと接触する設備をいう。"]}]}]}]}]}]},{"tag":"Article","attr":{"Num":"2"},"children":[{"tag":"ArticleCaption","attr":{},"children":["（移替え）"]},{"tag":"ArticleTitle","attr":{},"children":["第二条"]},{"tag":"Paragraph","attr":{"Num":"1"},"children":[{"tag":"ParagraphNum","attr":{},"children":[]},{"tag":"ParagraphSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["デクロランプラス取扱事業者は、移替えを行うときは、次の各号に定めるところにより行わなければならない。"]}]},{"tag":"Item","attr":{"Num":"1"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["一"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["コンクリート造の床面若しくは合成樹脂等により被覆した床面の屋内において、又は密閉式の機器を用いて行うこと。"]}]}]},{"tag":"Item","attr":{"Num":"2"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["二"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["デクロランプラスが飛散又は流出する可能性のある箇所には、受皿を設ける措置その他デクロランプラスの飛散又は流出の拡大を防止するための措置を講ずること。"]}]}]},{"tag":"Item","attr":{"Num":"3"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["三"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["デクロランプラスが飛散又は流出した場合に備えて、局所排気装置等を準備すること。"]}]}]},{"tag":"Item","attr":{"Num":"4"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["四"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["移替えに使用した機器については、洗浄し、又は布等でふき取り、デクロランプラスが残留しないよう努めること。"]}]}]},{"tag":"Item","attr":{"Num":"5"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["五"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["前号の洗浄に用いた液体又はふき取りに用いた布等は、保管容器に入れて保管すること。"]}]}]}]}]},{"tag":"Article","attr":{"Num":"3"},"children":[{"tag":"ArticleCaption","attr":{},"children":["（使用設備）"]},{"tag":"ArticleTitle","attr":{},"children":["第三条"]},{"tag":"Paragraph","attr":{"Num":"1"},"children":[{"tag":"ParagraphNum","attr":{},"children":[]},{"tag":"ParagraphSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["デクロランプラス取扱事業者は、使用設備について次の各号に掲げる基準を満たさなければならない。"]}]},{"tag":"Item","attr":{"Num":"1"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["一"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Function":"main","Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["使用設備は、密閉式の構造のものとすること。"]},{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Function":"proviso","Num":"2","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["ただし、密閉式の構造とすることが作業の性質上著しく困難である場合において、使用設備をコンクリート造の床面又は合成樹脂等により被覆した床面の屋内に設置するときは、この限りでない。"]}]}]},{"tag":"Item","attr":{"Num":"2"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["二"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Function":"main","Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["使用設備は、デクロランプラスの使用の用にのみ供する設備であること。"]},{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Function":"proviso","Num":"2","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["ただし、洗浄、掃除等により使用設備中のデクロランプラスを除去することができる場合は、この限りでない。"]}]}]},{"tag":"Item","attr":{"Num":"3"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["三"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["使用設備の開口した箇所には、局所排気装置を設置する措置、受皿を設ける措置その他デクロランプラスの飛散及び流出の拡大を防止するための措置を講ずること。"]}]}]},{"tag":"Item","attr":{"Num":"4"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["四"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["集じん装置、スクラバーその他の使用設備から排出する気体に含まれるデクロランプラスの量を低減するための装置を設置すること。"]}]}]},{"tag":"Item","attr":{"Num":"5"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["五"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["使用設備の見やすい箇所に、当該使用設備がデクロランプラスを使用するものである旨を表示すること。"]}]}]},{"tag":"Item","attr":{"Num":"6"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["六"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["前各号に掲げるもののほか、使用設備からのデクロランプラスの漏出等を防止するために必要な措置を講ずること。"]}]}]}]}]},{"tag":"Article","attr":{"Num":"4"},"children":[{"tag":"ArticleCaption","attr":{},"children":["（排出量の把握）"]},{"tag":"ArticleTitle","attr":{},"children":["第四条"]},{"tag":"Paragraph","attr":{"Num":"1"},"children":[{"tag":"ParagraphNum","attr":{},"children":[]},{"tag":"ParagraphSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Function":"main","Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["デクロランプラス取扱事業者は、事業所ごとに、毎年一回、当該事業所から排出する気体及び液体につき、デクロランプラスの排出量を把握するのに適したサンプリング及び分析を行うことにより、デクロランプラスの排出量を把握しなければならない。"]},{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Function":"proviso","Num":"2","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["ただし、サンプリング及び分析によるデクロランプラスの排出量の把握が技術上困難な場合は、デクロランプラスの使用量等を用いてその排出量を推定することができるものとする。"]}]}]},{"tag":"Paragraph","attr":{"Num":"2"},"children":[{"tag":"ParagraphNum","attr":{},"children":["２"]},{"tag":"ParagraphSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["デクロランプラス取扱事業者は、前項のサンプリング及び分析又は推定の結果を踏まえて、デクロランプラスの排出量の削減に係る措置を講ずるよう努めなければならない。"]}]}]},{"tag":"Paragraph","attr":{"Num":"3"},"children":[{"tag":"ParagraphNum","attr":{},"children":["３"]},{"tag":"ParagraphSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["デクロランプラス取扱事業者は、第一項のサンプリング及び分析又は推定を行ったときは、その結果を記載した帳簿を作成しなければならない。"]}]}]},{"tag":"Paragraph","attr":{"Num":"4"},"children":[{"tag":"ParagraphNum","attr":{},"children":["４"]},{"tag":"ParagraphSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["前項の帳簿は、事業所ごとに備え、これを当該事業所の閉鎖の日から起算して五年間保存しなければならない。"]}]}]}]},{"tag":"Article","attr":{"Num":"5"},"children":[{"tag":"ArticleCaption","attr":{},"children":["（保管）"]},{"tag":"ArticleTitle","attr":{},"children":["第五条"]},{"tag":"Paragraph","attr":{"Num":"1"},"children":[{"tag":"ParagraphNum","attr":{},"children":[]},{"tag":"ParagraphSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["デクロランプラス取扱事業者は、デクロランプラス又は汚染物を入れた保管容器を保管するときは、次の各号に定めるところにより保管しなければならない。"]}]},{"tag":"Item","attr":{"Num":"1"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["一"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["保管容器は、デクロランプラス又は汚染物が漏出する又はこぼれるおそれがなく、かつ、転倒した場合の衝撃に耐える密閉式の構造の堅固な容器であること。"]}]}]},{"tag":"Item","attr":{"Num":"2"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["二"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["保管容器は、コンクリート造の床面又は合成樹脂等により被覆した床面の屋内に設置すること。"]}]}]},{"tag":"Item","attr":{"Num":"3"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["三"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["保管容器は、関係者以外の者が容易に立ち入ることができない場所に保管すること。"]}]}]},{"tag":"Item","attr":{"Num":"4"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["四"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["保管容器及びその保管場所の見やすい箇所に、デクロランプラス又は汚染物を保管している旨を表示すること。"]}]}]}]},{"tag":"Paragraph","attr":{"Num":"2"},"children":[{"tag":"ParagraphNum","attr":{},"children":["２"]},{"tag":"ParagraphSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["デクロランプラス取扱事業者（届出使用者を除く。）は、事業所ごとに、デクロランプラス又は汚染物の保管数量を記載した帳簿を作成しなければならない。"]}]}]},{"tag":"Paragraph","attr":{"Num":"3"},"children":[{"tag":"ParagraphNum","attr":{},"children":["３"]},{"tag":"ParagraphSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["前項の帳簿は、事業所ごとに備え、これを当該事業所の閉鎖の日から起算して五年間保存しなければならない。"]}]}]}]},{"tag":"Article","attr":{"Num":"6"},"children":[{"tag":"ArticleCaption","attr":{},"children":["（点検）"]},{"tag":"ArticleTitle","attr":{},"children":["第六条"]},{"tag":"Paragraph","attr":{"Num":"1"},"children":[{"tag":"ParagraphNum","attr":{},"children":[]},{"tag":"ParagraphSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Function":"main","Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["デクロランプラス取扱事業者は、使用設備及び保管容器並びにその設置する床面について、次の各号に掲げる事項を定期的に点検しなければならない。"]},{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Function":"proviso","Num":"2","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["ただし、遠隔監視装置等を用いて、次の各号に掲げる事項を早期に発見するために必要な措置を講じることをもって、これに代えることができる。"]}]},{"tag":"Item","attr":{"Num":"1"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["一"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["使用設備及び保管容器からデクロランプラス又は汚染物が漏出又は飛散していないこと。"]}]}]},{"tag":"Item","attr":{"Num":"2"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["二"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["使用設備及び保管容器に損傷が生じていないこと。"]}]}]},{"tag":"Item","attr":{"Num":"3"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["三"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"children":["使用設備及び保管容器を設置する床面にひび割れがないこと。"]}]}]},{"tag":"Item","attr":{"Num":"4"},"children":[{"tag":"ItemTitle","attr":{},"children":["四"]},{"tag":"ItemSentence","attr":{},"children":[{"tag":"Sentence","attr":{"Num":"1","WritingMode":"vertical"},"chi
